When I first read the title of this cool blog post, I thought it said "Call for Tweakers," in part because I constantly do the visual equivalent of the Freudian slip (is there a name for that?) and in part because I don't know anything about Twitter.
Anyhow, the post really helps explain how to use the technology and the benefits of doing so. Johnson also invites people who are going to SPEP and who intend to be live tweeting it to leave their hashtag in the comments. There are already some cool comments there. Robin James (whose work at the intersection of philosophy and music is some of the neatest stuff going on) is on board and cool digital media/public philosophy dude Christopher Long links to a really nice complementary piece on how to incorporate tweeting into conferences.
